​Autumn Term 2024
  • Monday 2 September 2024 to Friday 25 October 2024 (INSET days 2nd & 3rd September and 25th October - school closed to pupils on these days)
  • Monday 4 November 2024  to Friday 20 December 2024
Spring Term 2025
  • Monday 6 January 2025 to Friday 14 February 2025 (INSET day 6th January - school closed to pupils)
  • Monday 24 February 2025 to Friday 4 April 2025
Summer Term 2025
  • Tuesday 22 April 2025  to Friday 23 May 2025 (including bank holiday on 5 May)
  • Monday 2 June 2025 to Tuesday 22 July 2025       (INSET day 2nd June - school closed to pupils)
School Opening Hours

Each school year lasts for 39 weeks, split into 3 terms of 13 weeks each.  These terms are also split into 2 with a break in between:
  • Autumn 1 & Autumn 2
  • Spring 1 & Spring 2
  • Summer 1 & Summer 2

The school holidays are generally:
  • 1 week in October
  • 2 weeks in December
  • 1 week in February
  • 2 weeks in March/April
  • 1 week in June 
  • 6 weeks in July/August

There are 5 school days identified over each school year for staff to hold training and professional development.  Known as INSET days, the school is closed to pupils on these days.

A school week for Reception, Year 1 & Year 2 is 32.5 hours.

  • Monday 23 February 2026 to Friday 27 March 2026
Summer Term 2026
  • Monday 13 April 2026 to Friday 22 May 2026 (including bank holiday on 4 May)
  • Monday 1 June 2026 to Monday 20 July 2026 (INSET days 1st June and 20th July - school closed to pupils)​

8.30am –11.30am & 12.30pm – 3.30pm

Registers are taken promptly at 8.30am and 12.30pm for Nursery

Reception Classes: 
Doors open 8.35am – 3.15pm

Year 1 Classes:
Doors open 8.35am - 3.15pm

Year 2 Classes:
Doors open 8.35am - 3.15pm 

Registers are taken promptly at 8.45am for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
