Our Teaching and Support Staff

The staff work together as a team and have high expectations of all pupils.

The Head Teacher and  Deputy Head Teacher lead the school and in addition to this, most members of staff have responsibility for one or more specialist areas of the curriculum. We have a number of Teaching Assistants who work along side teachers in the classrooms to support the children’s learning. Some have specific responsibility for children with particular special needs and are trained and supported by outside agencies e.g. Speech Therapists, Educational Psychologists. Some may, from time to time, be responsible for supervising classes under the direction of the class teacher depending upon their level of experience.
