School Development Plan 2022-23
Our School Development Plan clearly sets out our school’s strategic plan for improvement. Our plan is generated with and agreement by our governors, senior leadership team members and staff at Maple Infants’ School.
Our areas for improvement have been based on the following:
- Detailed analysis by the senior leadership team and governors of the current strengths of the school and areas or opportunities for improvement
- Views of staff, governors, parents and pupils
- Detailed analysis of our data – Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1
- Feedback from our previous Ofsted inspection
- Feedback from other external audiences e.g. School Improvement Partner, other Local Authority advisors
- Best practice shared from others
- National initiatives or developments aimed to improve the quality of education
