Overall responsibility
To take a strategic role in ensuring that the school promotes and champions the interests of its pupils in a safe and caring environment and engages effectively with parents, carers and the community.

Resources and Personnel Committee (RPC)

Overall responsibility
The committee is responsible for matters relating to the school’s financial affairs including setting the school’s annual budget, premises, health and safety, IT and the fulfilment of statutory obligations. It is also responsible for matters relating to staff (including senior appointments), pay policy and performance management

Standards, Teaching and Learning (STL) Committee

Overall responsibility
To take a strategic role in ensuring that the school provides high quality teaching and learning, which leads to the highest possible levels of attainment and progress for all pupils.
