Mrs Liz Robinson

I am an experienced teacher of all primary ages from 5 - 11 years.

I began my teaching career in ILEA and taught in Wandsworth schools for 17 years before taking up a post at Maple Infants', where I have worked for the past 16 years.

I have had many responsibility roles from Literacy, Aesthetic Arts, Parent Liaison to Maths, D & T and Assessment. I have also had responsibility for Special Educational Needs Monitoring and Assessment of the Curriculum.

Governing bodies are responsible and accountable for all major decisions about the school and its future. 

Governors have a legal responsibility to conduct the school with a view to promoting high standards of educational achievement.  They set the school's vision and strategic aims, monitor and evaluate performance acting as a critical friend to the headteacher and ensure the school is accountable to those it serves.
