If you wish to order uniform please complete the form and return it, in a sealed envelope, via the red class trays to the School Office, with your payment (cheques made payable to Maple Infants’ School Fund).
We will process your order usually within 24 hours and the uniform will be sent home with your child. If for some reason you need to come to the School Office (i.e. to check sizes), please avoid the times just before or after school, particularly at the beginning of a new term, as these are very busy periods and the office staff will be unable to assist you.
| School Meals |
Cygnet, our caterers, provide school meals for the children on a daily basis. Please note that if your child is absent due to illness and a meal has been paid for you should note this on the next order form and deduct the money from the payment if you have not already recieved a credit note. Don’t forget to book meals in advance (by 9.00am on the Wednesday of the previous week) and put order forms etc in a sealed envelope marked Cygnet with your child’s name and class.
