Here are the Cygnet school meals menu and order form for the second half of the Summer term.
Please ensure you place your orders by 9am on the Wednesday prior to the week you are ordering. Thank you.
School Uniform Order form 2010
The only change with this new form, is that the PE Shirts have been increased in price by 50p to £5

If you wish to order uniform please complete the form and return it in a sealed envelope with your payment to the School Office (cheques made payable to Maple Infants’ School Fund).
If you already have a child at Maple please try and return your order via the red class trays.
We will process your order usually within 24 hours and the uniform will be sent home with your child.

If for some reason you need to come to the School Office (i.e. to check sizes), please avoid the times just before or after school, particularly at the beginning of a new term, as these are very busy periods and the office staff will be unable to assist you.
