Below are the school meals menu and order form for the second half of the Spring Term.
Meal orders for the first week back after the Easter break, should be returned by 9am on Wednesday 6th April 2011.
Please ensure that you keep a copy of your order, for your own reference. We have had an increased number of parents who, on days that they have not ordered a meal for their child, have failed to send in a packed lunch from home. Although we will always do whatever we can to ensure all children have a meal, we cannot guarantee that a ‘spare’ meal will be available.

Please find here the Cygnet school meals menu and order form for after the half-term holiday. This covers the remainder of February, all of March and April, up until the Easter break. Do not order for Friday 8th April, as the school is closed for an INSET day. Orders for the first week back after the half-term holiday, should be received in the school office by 9am on Wednesday 16th February 2011. Thereafter, subsequent orders should be received by 9am on Wednesdays for the following week. Please make cheques payable to ‘Cygnet Foods’ and place your order and the exact money in a sealed envelope. On the outside of the envelope, please write ‘Cygnet’ plus your child’s name and class. All these after school activities are to be booked direct with the club, with the exception of Funsport, which must be booked via the School Office.
Here are the new Spring Term menu and order forms from Cygnet Foods. Please note that orders are due in by 9am on Wednesday for the following week.
This year our Christmas Fair will be held on Saturday 11th December 2011, between 11am and 2pm.
There will be a fantastic selection of stalls including gifts, games, christmas crafts, tombolas and a raffle, with great prizes. Plus of course Santa’s Grotto!
Come along and support your community school and have a great day out with the kids!
Parents applying for Nursery or Reception places at Maple Infants’ School for September 2011, are welcome to attend one of our open mornings. All start at 9.15am and last approximately 45 minutes. These generally begin with a talk by the Head Teacher, Liz Robinson, follwed by a tour of the school. Places MUST be booked in advance with the School Office as we have a limit of 30 parents. We ask you not to bring along your child(ren) at this stage. Thank you

The closing date for applications is 15th January 2011 for Reception places (applications to be sent direct to the borough) and 31st March 2011 for Nursery places (applications to be directed to the School Office).
Application forms and the borough’s Primary School Admissions or Nursery Education booklets are available at the school office.
