Leg Workshop

 

Copper Beech had loads of fun at the Lego Workshop and created an entire town made of lego, including factories and hospitals.

Curry Party!

At the final Let’s Get Cooking session this term, the children cooked a 7 Vegetable Curry and parents were invited. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed the food and appreciated the skills their children had learnt and the dedication of the staff.

We will be back in the Autumn for more fantastic food and fun.

Buddhist Monk Visit

We learnt a lot from the Buddhist monk who came to visit us this week and we meditated for one minute.

 

Cheese and Onion Quiche

The children  learnt how to roll pastry and cried when they grated the onions but enjoyed the experience.

The children made St Clement’s Drink and Summer Fruit Quenchers to sell at the Summer Fair

They chopped up Oranges, Lemons and Pineapples

Cheesy Pasta Bake

For our 3rd Session we made Cheesy Pasta Bake.

The children learnt how to use a balloon whisk and grate cheese.  We also tasted different cheeses.    

This week we made Banana & Raisin, Banana & Apricot Flapjacks and tasted some shop bought ones.  Guess which ones the children preferred….OURS!
