Some admin requests

The school office can become a very busy place at times. We have a staff briefing before school on Monday’s and the office is not open until 9.00am.

Uniform

School uniform must be ordered in advance using the order form which is downloadable here or available from the school office. Please make sure all school uniform is clearly marked with your child’s name.

Holiday Forms

To apply for a family holiday in term-time please complete the leave of absence form which again is available to download or from the school office.

Red Trays

Please use the red class tray system whenever possible rather than visiting the school office and remember not to use book bags for correspondence for the teacher, school office, Cygnet etc.

School Absence

If your child is absent from school please telephone the school office before 10am on the first day of absence indicating why your child will not be attending school and when your child returns to school, we require a letter of notification stating the reason your child was absent.

Tissues

We kindly ask for boxes of tissues to be brought to school as the season for coughs and colds sets in. I would very much like to have tissues available in the dining hall also so please start to send these in as we never seem to have enough! Mark the box ”For use in the dining hall.”
